AMC has been a prominent presence in the market since 1993 when AMC International established its trading business to support the Korean market. Over the years, we have successfully expanded our operations to encompass a wide range of industries, including high-tech materials, chemicals, and equipment. Throughout this journey, we have consistently provided our clients with comprehensive technical solutions through our three legal entities: AMC Semichem, AMC Trading, and AMC Equipment.

In response to the ever-changing business landscape and to capitalize on diverse opportunities, our management made the strategic decision in September 2021 to realign some of our business lines. As part of this transformation, we renamed our legal entities to better reflect our evolving vision. AMC Trading became AMC International, and AMC Equipment was rebranded as AMC Investment.

The culmination of our efforts came in the second half of 2022 when AMC successfully completed the Prime Office Development Project, a significant undertaking spanning four years. Situated in the heart of the Gangnam District in Seoul, our new headquarters now proudly stands at 222 Bongeunsa-Ro. This state-of-the-art facility marks a milestone for AMC, symbolizing our commitment to growth, innovation, and providing exceptional services to our valued clients.
